Carolyn is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant.

She is passionate about the use of EMDR therapy, having witnessed clients make significant changes in their ability to manage past traumatic events and current daily stressors. This mode of therapy is promoted as a whole therapy approach with clients and is a highly effective approach to healing.

As a consultant, Carolyn enjoys working with other therapists supporting them in their journey to become certified and in building their confidence in the use of the therapy modality.
