Centre de prévention du suicide de Québec

Founded in 1978, the Centre de prévention du suicide de Québec (CPSQ) was the first suicide prevention organization in Canada. In the greater Québec City area, it offers a range of professional and specialized services in prevention, intervention and postvention for suicidal persons, those who are close to them and the bereaved.

The CPSQ is the proud initiator of several innovative suicide prevention programs, including SILAR (integrated liaison, support and recovery service), and Et moi ? Comment ça va ? as well as Semblables et différents. It also participates in the Sentinelles en prévention du suicide program and offers many specialized and general trainings.
