>24/7 coverage. Call our 1-833 toll free number to speak to a Peer. We offer Mobile support as well, where we send 2 volunteers to meet the person. All volunteers have suicide prevention and peer support training.

>If caller states they are suicidal our primary goal is to get them medical help or to a hospital. If they hang up then the police are contacted and a search for the phone number will occur.

>We track the date, time, length of call, what service the caller was from (Police, Fire, EMS, Corrections, Military, Other) and what type of assistance we provided. We do not keep any details on what the caller said and we do not ask for any identifying details of a caller as the call is completely anonymous. Our 1-833 is blocked so we do not see the caller’s phone number.
