You will receive a personalized online treatment plan designed to relieve symptoms and improve health. The plan may include a rapid referral to Specialist, diagnostic and paramedical services when medically indicated. With CareAxis, your referral to a Spine Surgeon or Orthopedic Surgeon in the health system will be fast tracked based on medical need.
