The team at the Centre for Change we provide evidenced based psychological and mental health services to individuals in Ottawa and throughout Ontario. We are a group of psychologists and therapists passionate about the work we do and we know change is possible.

Change can be difficult and usually takes time, yet we have seen first-hand that human beings can make the transformations needed to reduce suffering, to cope more effectively, and to live a happier more fulfilling life.

Clients come to us wanting to reduce symptoms of occupational stress & injury, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder and others want to improve their interpersonal relationships, increase life satisfaction, find greater meaning in life.
