>Horses being prey animals, read our non verbal cues and react to our energy and emotions, much like they would in the wild. With the help of the therapist and equine specialist translating the horses reactions, the individual, whether in an EAP therapy session or EAL learning session, is allowed the opportunity to come to their own solutions, problem solving, developing confidence and or leadership skills, or developing relationships, etc. These are just several examples of tools utilized and developed by EAP and EAL.
