>Train-the-Trainer: CTRI offers a 3-day train-the-trainer program, where we certify your trainer(s) to deliver our workshops in-house for your team. We offer this program publicly, with our most popular topic, De-escalating Potentially Violent Situations™ or in a private/on-location format where we can certify your trainer(s) to deliver any of our courses.
>Certificate Programs: For Individuals (Self-Guided or Intensive), For Groups (private).
>Consulting: Through clinical consultation, crisis response planning, critical incident group debriefing, disability support, suicide prevention planning, or violence risk assessment, we can help you discover your strengths and support you as you implement positive change, increase safety, and become more trauma-informed.
