Traumatic stress Recovery Program (TSRP)
The TSRP is suitable for first responders suffering from occupational stress injury and/or posttraumatic stress disorder. TSRP is divided into two phases.

Phase One is a 5-week residential program that offers a small group, intensive and customized treatment approach. Each group consists of a maximum of 8 individuals at a time, offering everyone privacy, safety, and comfort during recovery. We offer private bedrooms with semiprivate bathrooms in our luxurious residence. Phase Two provides 6 weeks of post-treatment, which supports the integration back to regular daily routines at work and home. The post-treatment consists of weekly individual and group therapy treatment.

Anxiety and Depression Recovery Program (A&DRP)
The A&DRP is 11 days in duration, followed by four weeks of Post-Treatment Support. Only eight clients per group. Each client has a private room.

The A&DRP focuses on providing individuals with the skills and resources to overcome the difficulties related to anxiety and depression, burnout, and compassion fatigue symptoms and triggers. Individuals participate in intensive individual and group therapy treatment, mindfulness sessions, yoga, classes, and physical and leisure activities while having an opportunity to relax. The ADRP provides participants with a safe and supportive environment to carry out treatment and practice valuable life skills. During the day, participants attend individual and group therapy, and in the evening, they participate in psycho-educational and recreational activities at the residence and the community.

Pre-Admission Program
This program is 4 weeks in duration and is specifically designed to offer remote psychological services for individuals who need immediate emotional regulation or additional support before they enroll in the A&DRP or TSRP. Individuals must register for either the A&DRP or TSRP to attend the Pre-Admission Program. Key aspects include:
• Psychological assessment/treatment recommendation
• One-on-one counselling – 11 sessions
• Personal coaching, guided mindfulness, and self-regulation practices – 8 sessions
• 24/7 access to our Members Portal

Strong Mind Workshop
The Strong Mind Workshop is delivered online or in person. The SMW was created for first responders who want to build psychological resilience and is also ideally suited for those in leadership positions. The workshop teaches first responders how compassion fatigue, burnout anxiety, and depression develop. The SMW empowers individuals to recognize risk factors and symptoms in themselves and others so they can prevent them before it happens or reduces their impact. Furthermore, the SMW provides individuals with practical tools and coping skills to maintain their psychological well-being.
