Organization Mission
To honour and commemorate the service and sacrifice of Canadian Military Veterans, Allied Veterans who reside in Canada, the Merchant Marine who served in war, and the RCMP, and their families. We support veterans in need and their families with our Poppy Trust Funds collected annually across Canada from the last Friday in October to November 11, the Day of Remembrance. Our Command Service Officers, in each region of Canada, are authorized to represent individuals to Veterans Affairs Canada in the matter of disability claims at all levels: 1. first application 2. departmental review and 3. the Veterans Review and Appeal Board (VRAB): review, appeal, & reconsideration (3 levels).

On a case by case basis, we are able to support veterans and their families with individual grants from our poppy Trust fund for emergency need for food, rent, clothing, medical transportation, heating, medical services & supplies, etc. We are also able to donate individual grants to community-based organizations that also serve veterans and their families in our communities.
